I just want to say thank you to Atty. Jeff Stacer and his wife for offering us a free workshop. I decided to move forward for consultation in person. Everything went well. He is a busy person but still can manage his time to help me and check up on me regarding my case. He has a good heart and willing to help for those people who need him. Web page says he is about "mediation", but I have only seen my children for one hour in the past 3 weeks, despite a court order of minimum 4 hours/week. Jeff also tried to lie and then argue about my daughters' age:.. was recorded by court.

Very disappointed! Jeff is a very nice person and I think his heart is in the right direction, but he extends himself into areas that are not his specialty. My first encounter, he completely dismissed me and did not listen to me, so I was going to pass on his services, but after a follow-up Jeff convinced me that he knew how to handle my case. However, that was not true, Jeff was not experienced in my case, provided poor counsel and thus I lost what was supposed to be an easy win. In addition, every meeting Jeff advertised his wife's business, which was nice once and I passed that info to my wife, to which it was relevant, but not for my case. Concerning my case, Jeff's input to my response was way off base and I've checked with other attorney's that shared the right way to handle the case. I think Jeff over stepped his abilities and charged me for services that were not his area of expertise. Again, nice guy, but be certain he can perform to your expectations and willing to listen to your case.

Jeff is an amazing attorney. I've known him for about 3 years and from the beginning, he's always had the best interest of children when it comes to divorce/separation where children are involved. I respect that about him. I appreciate his moral values. I also appreciate his free workshops where I was able to learn a lot not just from him, but others as well. I have referred many people in need of Jeff and Deena's advice and I have always had great feedback. They truly mean well and are not in the business of trying to build up a big bill. They want to help people get through the challenging time with the least amount of destruction as possible (emotionally and financially). If you are going through a divorce and you are a female, I suggest you go somewhere else and seek advice. This man is supposed to be a mediator but told my ex husband he was giving me too much. He changed the numbers on the paper work after we had them notorized. He is not in the best interest of the wife. He asked me to leave his office when I told him the information he was providing me was wrong because I had already consulted with an attorney and knew there was a formula for child and spousal support. He tried to tell me there wasn't one. He didn't file the paperwork when he said he had. We went to court and paperwork was lost after he said it had been walked through. We never saw a judge and our divorce was final in December but didn't receive notice of it until April form his office. I would have never agreed to things that were written in the divorce documents. This guy is out only for the money.

I am not in the business of writing reviews but felt that I needed to write one for this business.

Unprofessional, lost the documents to be filed. Never communicated with me about court dates or important documents I needed to complete for court. They asked me to attend a class with his wife if I didn't understand how to complete them, Isn't that what they were getting payed to do?

We showed up at court on the dates we were given to appear. The courthouse didn't even have the documents. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
ask questions and do your research when hiring someone to file your documents.
