I really like the doctor I was seeing here. She was absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately the office staff are not so kind. I underwent extensive fertility treatments including IVF with a local fertility provider and when I got pregnant and wanted to schedule an appointment with my doctor here the staff pretty much told me IVF was “unreliable” and refused to schedule an appointment for me. I was told to call back after I was discharged from the fertility clinic before they would even schedule an appointment for me. I called LVHN after that disappointing interaction and they scheduled me an appointment for the day after my discharge at the fertility clinic and scheduled another appointment for a week after that. My experience here was just so disheartening after struggling with infertility for so many years. Hopefully the staff becomes more informed about IVF and doesn’t say these kind of things to other patients.

I like coming to this office staff is always so nice and kind. But after two years I’m over coming here. Still no answer to my medical issues I’ve been having and now it’s getting to the point where once a month I reach out to the office. I’m told to come in for Another visit so I can be told the same thing every visit. I’m tired of paying money and getting no results.
