After 15 months and $27,000 spent working on a lawsuit that was never filed, they dropped us as a client for expressing dissatisfaction with their service. In any other business you would lose your job if you produced so little. They became the most expensive, most frustrating part of an already terrible life experience and gaslit us on the way out.
