This place is a ripoff.
Go to kirtland or farmington and have one of them clean your septic. Though they may charge for the long distance travel, it is still cheaper than speedy.

My folks did not get their septic tank pumped for at least 4-5 years. There was some obvious neglect on our part. Speedy came out and pumped it. It was fine for a couple of weeks but quickly filled. I called Speedy and spoke directly with the owner, Jeff. Through my conversations with Jeff and doing my own research, it became apparent that we had issues with our leach field. My folks and I gathered some funds and paid Speedy replaced our leach field.

Things I learned from this whole process: Do not pour grease or oils down the drain (especially from greasy meats-this will clog up your leach field), do not flush baby wipes or disinfectant wipes down the toilet (this stuff does not breakdown and it will clog up your septic) and pump your septic every two years (some say three, but $550 every two years is way better than paying 10-15k to replace a leach field).

The Navajo Nation is pretty useless when it comes to helping with funds. I called to seek help, but was told it would be at least 6-8 months to be approved and I could not get a reimbursement if I paid out of pocket. We need to take these issues to the chapter level or higher and demand that funds be available for these type of emergencies. I know many families that can't even afford to have their septic tanks pumped.

I have to commend Jeff and his team for doing the best they can to help our Native people. It took a couple of weeks to get our new leach field, but I sure appreciated Jeff's texts and phone calls to make sure that my folks were doing okay. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

I was broke down needing some welding done on my trailer and was going to have to wait 3 days… these guys got me going and on the road in an hour!! Excellent and professional service I would have been in a bind if they didn’t help me out!

This is my first time using Speedys Sales Service for our needs. This location was very close to home and honestly, probably the only location that was able to assist with our septic needs in the Chinle area. Alec and Lorraine were very informative with the questions I had before requesting the services. The receptionist who assisted with my bill payment was very helpful with answering my questions as I felt a little uncertain if I did things right. She also stated that my service needs may be finished sooner than later. Our family actually got our septic services done 2 days before the set work date. Marcus was very friendly and finished our septic request within a fashionably manner. Thank you Speedys Sales Services.

I feel like the bad reviews below I read prior to going in are not accurate and even close to my good experience. I asked for a quote for a leach field and septic install and got just that and some. This company educated and treated me with professionalism through the whole process. They even cleared the land nicely for my new home. Yes, it was expensive but that is because they offer quality stuff compared to surrounding places I looked at. I must have went in and spoke with Jeff personally in his office with extra questions more then a hand full of times before I even made my purchase. Thank you to the staff and employees for such a job well done.

Paid in full for septic services, Speedy Septic came and said they performed services and left. Next day septic was overflowing again. Contacted business and they insisted job was done and will not come back out or refund in a very rude way. I will be contacting the NNHRC and BBB since they have since blocked my calls and won't offer a resolution. I do not recommend this business.

Prices to damn high. *520.00-580.00 depending if paying with cash or card. And location may fluctuate prices. Ganado area price. Gallup Pumping service charging me $400.00.

Did a great job for us! Was able to help us out in a pinch and get us portable toilets out fast! The portable toilets were cleaned and stocked with enough paper and hand sanitizer for our event.
