Such a great company to work with! Their staff is always very timely and quick to respond to emails. Very flexible and accommodating when setting up times to meet and sign paperwork. We have worked with them on purchasing three different properties and it has been super easy and smooth. They are very clear to communicate what is needed and when and this is super helpful. Very quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to all friends and family!

Absolutely cozy environment - the staff her was friendly and welcoming.

Due to a unique situation I encountered while closing on our house, my wife and I had to sign as soon as possible. The team at South Eastern Utah Title Company was quick to get us in and signed.

Upon funds allocating for our new house, we were given our keys- which were inside of a cup, accompanied by chapstick, a notepad, and some pens. Overall a fun experience and a great way to finish off an otherwise stressful ordeal!

Jane and her team are very knowledgeable about local issues. As such, they have been our "go to source" for title work. This said, service is very slow. Multiple weeks for title reports and months for water deeds. If you're looking for thorough and accurate work with a long timeline, South Eastern is the place. If you are under a tight timeline, look elsewhere.
