This agency has repeatedly refused to help me over the past few years in regard to the discriminatory practices of my property manager at Fawcett's Pond Apartments. Therefore, I have had to endure such awful things as having a lawsuit filed against me by the property manager for not doing things that I am physically incapable of doing. Because this agency refused to help me, I was manipulated into signing an agreement that did not favor me in any way, shape, or form. I have endured for three and a half years now, the discriminatory acts of Fawcett Pond's property manager. The situation is so egregious at this point that HUD may now pull their Federal funding from Fawcett's Pond because of their nonstop and continuing acts of discrimination against me. And yet this agency does nothing to help me. I have had to be my own attorney for three and a half years, and the situation is still ongoing. So if you're disabled and face discrimination from your landlord, don't bother to call this agency. You'd just be wasting your time.

If Suzanne Hicks happens to take your case, consider yourself blessed. I have never met a person before who is as professional and dedicated as Suzanne. She is not only incredibly talented and full of experience but offers a vast amount of resources to her clients. This woman truly cares for her clients and the betterment of their lives, and it reflects in her hard work and commitment. Above all in family cases Suzanne cares for the children and advocates for what is truly best for them to have a successful life. She is genuine in her approach and shows incredible humanitarianism in the work she puts forth. This is a woman who was meant to work in the legal justice system. She defends her clients with the utmost honor and credibility.

The worst I’ve ever been treated trying to get legal representation from this office. I am still waiting three weeks to get an answer as to whether I’m going to be represented or not let alone a callback from a lawyer. The case was time sensitive and they knew that and they continued to delay their response. I don’t know what happened. It’s awful service.
