Unfortunately they were a total waste of my time. I had worked as much as I could with my landlord regarding a request for accomodation that was approved but then fell apart. I needed representation. I qualified and my comprehensive documentation package was approved. After a phone call meeting with an intern and his supervisor all I got was advice that was not relevant or that I had unsuccessfully tried and copies of articles of information related to my issue that I already had and had actually included some of them in the package that I submitted to them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

so embarrassing to every non-profit and all lawyers that they will only help me when I reach my second appeal and have a court case. every attorney is required to do free legal work so why don't they connect me with an attorney that they know to do the work... if they treat every disability client like this then I'm extremely embarrassed for them. the person on the phone gave me some good information about getting a doctor for my diagnosis but she might as well have not have called at all with such embarrassing disgusting un professional legal work. everybody knows that I don't do phone calls I only do emails and in person. maybe leave The bullying to the second graders?

I'm pretty happy with the eviction help I got but I still have to move. Plus I've been put through hell 4 years n I'm told I'm not going to collect anything. I'm assuming I don't know the law I'm reading about and am trusting my lawyer.

Very dirty no menus lighted wall menus we're missing lights and pictures workers playing on the phone while customers wait in line also loud arguing between staff members

They've helped some friends in the past, but weren't able to point me in the right direction regarding as to why I was seeking help last time. I assume that was only because they're limited as to the legal aid services they can provide.
