I went and explained everything to Xavier and he told me he will help me but I discovered that they are scammers. He told me everything will be ready after two days. I discovered that they did not do anything on my papers, and then I called them to see what happened, but their answer shocked me. What is your case and what are its details? They forgot everything, even though I sent them everything by email. But when I spoke to them, the price changed and rose insanely. The agreement was from the beginning on something clear and specific, but I discovered that they are scammers and they do not care about your case or anything except the money. It is all lies upon lies.

Xavier is the man to get the job done! He has been there for me every step of the way and made it easy for me while he handles all the paperwork. Honestly, I didn’t know what I was doing due to my situations, for this being my first time dealing with court or any legal actions. AMAZING SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I was struggling outside of court trying to figure out the paperwork for child support. A young man handed me a business card and I put it in my purse. After 15 minutes of me flipping pages looking puzzled, he came back, asked if I was okay, and suggested I go to the office for a consultation. Normally I would not have gone but the fact he came back to check on me, something said go (that something was GOD). When I say after my consultation, I did not think twice about allowing this office to help me with my paperwork. I did not feel rushed while talking to Mr. Marshall, he listened to everything I was going through, helped me understand the paperwork, and I was very pleased regarding the response time it took Mr. Marshal to reply to emails and return my phone calls. I will be reaching out again if I ever need services and passing the company’s information on to others who are seeking legal advice.

Through a huge agency that my employer uses, I was given this legal agency as a resource to use for legal services. In need of legal advice and or services, I called this agency. This was the worse action I could have taken.A gentleman answered the phone and I informed him that I was in need of legal advice and or services, in which his response was that he had 15 mins to listen to see how he could be of service. Please understand, I’m new to all of this, the matter in which I’m dealing with, having to obtain legal help, court hearings, it all. Not sure in what to say, I divulged most of all I was having to endure. The gentleman’s response to me was something I never could imagine I was going to hear, nevertheless from a legal agency. He had no ounce of empathy for my situation, was very judgmental of my circumstances, seemed to blame me for what was going on and was ultimately rude. He gave me some advice, in which when I went back to ask, so I can do the following….. he then back pedals and says I don’t know what you can do, and I don’t want to be involved in this mess. He did give me his thoughts on what can be the possible outcome, at the end and pray he is correct or semi correct. Yet, once that called ended, I was tears. I felt like trash and like I was the cause of everything that I was enduring. If this is the outcome from getting legal advice or assistance, I don’t want any parts of it. My co worker advised that I call the agency who assists us with services and let them know what happened during my call with this legal agency. That agency stated they will not be referring any of their clients going forward to this legal agency. I pray the next person calling in doesn’t have to endure what I did today. Thanks,
