I’m a mortgage broker in Orange County, CA also licensed in many other states. I love to “hand hold” and give my clients the ultimate “white glove” experience when purchasing or refinancing their home. It’s important for my brand and my clients who are family. I don’t allow any escrow company to personally handle the signing of my closing docs with my clients because they don’t know how to give the same service I believe in and they are strictly in it for the side money and always, ALWAYS inconvenience MY borrowers to come to THEIR office for an outrageous fee OR they contract out a terrible notary service that always ends up in a missed signature that leads to a delayed closing or terrible experience. Until I found the team at Signing Solutions Group-
From beginning to end, the experience is above and beyond expectation. Constant communication and email alerts. My clients always rave about the experience too! The dispatch process is seamless and a professional loan signing agent (which escrow officers are not) schedules the client right away. The owners are even involved from start to finish! It’s probably the best loan signing company I could suggest in the United States! Every escrow company needs to sign up with them. Highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Breeana as a Signing Agent for their signing service on numerous occasions , and the thing that stands out and in my opinion separates their service from many others is how attentive they are to the needs of their Notaries in regards to answering any questions that may arise either prior to or in some cases during a signing and how amazingly prompt they are to provide the Notary with the answers to their questions which if not answered could potentially delay the transaction. If you are an escrow officer or title company this is the company you want taking care of your clients they don’t rest until the job is done and done right.
