Not a good experience. Will not return. They guarantee delivery at an expensive rate and don’t care at all when you pay $100 for shipping and it arrives seriously late. Hostile on phone.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I can drop off UPS, FedEx, or post office packages for shipping. They also have a great color printer and a useful array of products and greeting cards for sale.

The grouchy elderly woman named Kathy who I assume co owns this business with her husband, is so incredibly rude. Her husband is very pleasant and I totally enjoy working with him, HOWEVER, I very rarely get the pleasure of working with him. Kathy is so unpleasant and unhappy. I would much rather drive 2 hours to Denver to ship my Fed Ex packages than to ever have to deal with her again.

When Lisa owned this business; she was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When Jeff and Kathy bought this business it went down hill. Jeff is OK. However, Kathy is rude and inconsiderate. Very bad business person. She clearly does not understand the services they provide and are suppose to provide. Do business with another company.

Agreed. Kathy is very rude and quite nasty. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. She literally told me I shouldn’t order packages if I know I’ll be on vacation (they were holding them there for FedEx vacation hold!🤦‍♀️). I tried to be sweet as pie and in the end it did no good. They did what I asked at least but there was no pleasantries at all.
