I am very proud that Sheridan has all that they do to offer families at the Parks & Rec. Newly updated concessions, restrooms, and playground equipment, pickle ball, tennis, and soccer fields. Any curious vegetable or garden grower should check out their food plots.

Google maps says they're open. Called to confirm that the splash pad was open and no one answered the phone. Drove all the way here (40 minutes from home) with my almost 2 year old, excited to play in the water. Only to find out it's not open for another 2 hours. Now we have to drive all the way back home because the park is not toddler friendly. I have a very upset little boy..

And this place is very delightful to take my son who is 10. There is a pool there is a park. A skate park a track that you can walk around a gym basketball court great family signing a good way to get exercise for cheap or free.

Awesome playground, but not necessarily for babies. The walking track is great for exercise and exploring. There's even a skate park, a swimming pool and splash pad, a tennis court and indoor basketball. They also rent out rooms for events.

Very nice park!
It's sort of tucked away, but is very cute, and looks new. The playground is a large jungle gym, 1 large swing set that has 2 baby bucket/parent tandem seats, 1 or 2 (I can't remember exactly) baby bucket seats, and 2 regular swing seats in it.

Both the swing set & jungle gym are set in a small, fenced in section filled with dirt/mulch covered with wood chips. If it's been raining it will definitely be soft! I had on heeled boots and was sinking in.This fenced in area has a paved mini sidewalk all around the perimeter inside the fence, around the playground.

Outside of this there are tennis quarts, a paved walking trail, skate park, picnic tables, the rec center, and an enclosed pool.

Fields and stands were clean. Lots of folks practicing but everyone was courteous and sharing space. Nets over stands and concession area needs put back up.
Could use a little fire ant control measures.

I don't go to the pool but people there look happy. I enjoy walking on the trail.
