I had a wonderful experience working with Gary at SF Notary and Apostille recently. My family in China needed some apostilled documents from me quickly. I called SF Notary about my issue, and Gary explained clearly and patiently the services his company could provide and the steps I needed to take. I followed his instructions, and got the documents apostilled and sent to China all within SEVEN DAYS (including a weekend), from the time I called their office to the day my family in China received it.

I was amazed, and totally impressed by the speed and the ease of the whole process. I didn’t have to make appointments or drive to San Francisco or other far away locations. All I did was to make a 10-minute drive to my local notary and the Fedex Office. Gary’s staff took care of the rest. The system they have built is super efficient and fast, and requires minimum effort from their customers. And the price they charge is very reasonable, much more affordable than other options in the Bay Area, whose services and speed cannot be compared with what SF Notary can offer.

All in all, it was a great experience working with SF Notary. They really take good care of their clients -- performing efficient jobs as well as superb customer services.
