Thomas was appointed by the court as a Guardian ad litem. He did absolutely nothing useful. He didn't file any useful motions. He went right along with everything the department asked. He doesn't fight for the facts. HE IS NOT OUT FOR ANYONES BEST INTEREST BUT HIS OWN.

I was so stunned at the way Tom spoke to me on the phone that I felt compelled to write a review.

I am trying to find some legal help for my mother and called Tom to see if he does work in this area. From the very start of the (probably 5-minute) conversation, he was very irritable, rude, and condescending. Since I had never interacted with him before this phone call, I don’t know if he was having an especially bad day or if he always talks to people this way. And, although he spoke as though he was absolutely certain of everything he was saying, it turns out that he doesn’t handle things in this particular legal arena.
