So far I have been charged 600$ and paid 200$ for a consultation and the only thing completed is a conference call. I also somehow no longer have a court date. The deal offered to me was better before Emily Gold got involved in my case. She also did a consultation with me even though there was an obvious conflict of interest. Every email I received from her is full of typos and I honestly believe she was drunk when she wrote them. When I brought up these issues they did nothing to resolve them. Furthermore she has sided with the other party and their attorney on everything. I will be in touch with the bar association and encourage others who had bad experiences with them to do the same. These aren't lawyers, they are scammers.

We guided our daughter to Emily at Select Partners to handle her divorce. BIG mistake!! She didn’t show up for the first court date. Major red flags with this attorney. Thank goodness we’ve found a more reliable attorney that is providing results.

My husband and I were assigned Select Law Firm through Legal Resources for our Estate Planning Documents. We had been previously assigned another law firm located near us but had a terrible experience and luckily got transferred to Select Law Firm and had a great experience. Everyone on the team was fantastic and professional. Starting with the first touch point with their paralegal Scott Campbell (who handled scheduling to information and setup of our contract) we could tell they were legit and well organized. We worked with both lawyers Sara Josey and Mary Capra and were incredibly impressed by how informed they are of VA marriage laws and estate planning knowledge. We not only enjoyed our meetings with them but felt that we were well taken care of throughout the whole process. We found Sara very pleasant to work with and she thoroughly listened to our needs and concerns. We were then transferred to Mary, who was also kind and wonderful to work with, who finalized our documents without any issues. We also had the pleasure of working with their paralegal Ashley Warren to get all the documents printed, notarized and executed in their Fairfax office and thought the whole engagement was easy and seamless. What a great experience working with this law firm who cares about doing things properly and legitimately. We would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who needs estate planning or other legal needs. I certainly feel more assured that we have things in order now. Thank you Select Law Firm team!

I have used Mr. Kurylo as my attorney twice for a divorce, once for a prenuptial agreement and lastly to settle child custody support as it was coming to an end. There is a reason why I continued to use Mr. Kurylo over and over again. First of all, his friendliness, compassion and communication skills are what set him apart. I use Mr. Kurylo in this review as professional curtesy, but during our meetings it was a discussion with Matt. He down to earth and is very responsive to emergent and non emergent emails and phone calls. His knowledge of the law is comforting. Nothing stumped him and was always with a plan. All in all, divorce sucks and probably the most trying time I've ever had to go through. Having Mr. Kurylo at my side made really made all the difference. Highly recommend his services!!!

From our initial contact with them for information, to completion of our estate documents, Select Law Partners were helpful, professional, and very kind. Will & trusts can be cumbersome and confusing and while working with Sara and Scott, all my concerns were put at ease. They both took the time to answer any questions I had and brought up angles that I had never thought of. In the end I was left knowing that all of my accounts are in order for me and my family for now and into the future. They provided more than a very organized binder of detailed documents, they delivered on peace of mind. I have recommended them to friends and family and plan to continue.
