In April of 2024, my family moved to Arizona after my son was diagnosed with autism. In July of 2024, my at-the-time wife kidnapped both of my children in broad daylight and fled the state, where she then used the incredible resources & connections of her family to file a divorce suit accusing me of every hot button issue one could think of. Despite enduring physical, emotional and verbal abuse for several years, I was the one being accused, and my children were now thousands of miles away.

In desperation, I reached out to a family law attorney who, after listening to a short summary of events, told me "there's nothing you can do. You should save your resources and use them to move or travel." Despite all the proof I offered, I could tell that she was thinking exactly what I feared most would think - that as the man being accused of everything from emotional abuse to physical violence, I would be deemed guilty from the start.

Ninety days after that consultation, after winning 3 of 3 hearings in 2 states, the State of Arizona ordered that the children be returned home. Robyn & her incredible paralegal Mandy called me with the news, and we laughed and cried on the phone together.

There's still a long way to go, but thanks to Robyn, my son will have the incredible resources that Arizona provides to thrive with his disability. I will get to see my daughter grow up. I will get to hold them when they sad or sick, snuggle them when they're sleepy, laugh and giggle and create memories with them - all because Robyn believed in me. She has taken so many calls, answered so many emails, worked with me through incredibly tough financial situations, and has fully and deeply invested herself in my cause and case.

I cannot wait for my son & daughter to meet the incredible women who have made their return home a possibility. Robyn (and Mandy) - thank you, from the bottom of my soul. Thank you for caring, for listening, for supporting, and for being so excited to cross-examine the opposition that you can barely sit still.

I called Oksana to hire her for my fiancee to explain a prenup. I explained to her paralegal Dan the sensitivity of all the damage my fiancee's ex put her through during their divorce and how all the legal jargon, payments, emails, and his recent harassment has created PTSD with lawyers and to be gentle. Dan was kind and understanding Oksana was not. My fiancee called me crying and shaking after meeting with Oksana in person. She is heartless and unprofessional. We still gave her a chance hoping for the best and only because she spoke my fiancee's native language and she continue to be cruel and vile, greedily just raking in billiable hours for nonsense. She filled my poor fiancee's head with every disgusting, greedy thinking and worst case scenario's she unfortunately makes a living on meanwhile, while wearing Cartier and intimidating my fiancee. What was to be a simple reading of prenup that me and my fiancee already agreed on, quickly added up to thousands and thousands of dollars and caused horrible damage to my fiancee and ended with her in counseling over how Oksana spoke to her. The counselor described Oksana as dark and satanic. Needless to say, we fired her and found a kind loving lawyer who cares about marriage more than money.
