Where do I start. Fred has been representing me since 2011. I never step in any court room without him. Fred is effective and very transparent. I trust him with my life.I know nothing is guaranteed, but he’ll get the job done . In my personal opinion, they are hands down the BEST attorneys you will ever find. They’re on the pricey side, not over the top pricey, yet you sometimes have to pay for what you get. They aren’t like tv and movie lawyers that do ALL the work for you. Sometimes you have to do some research to provide to them and that’s ok. Remember that although they make you feel as if you’re their only client, you aren’t, lol. They will focus solely on you while working on your case, just remember they have other clients as well and it’s helpful to them if you can provide as much intel as possible. It’s a team effort and believe me, you WANT them as part of your team. I truly cannot say enough praises towards them. The entire team, from reception all the way to the top! We’ve fully trusted Schick & Schick Law Firm with our legal needs and advice for several years. I’m sure I have gotten on Martha’s nerves several times though she’s never let me know lol, because when I get stressed I ask a ton of questions and I start to ramble without letting her speak. Completely over-talking. She has been direct, firm, but NEVER rude. Guiding me/us in a direct yet calming way. Times when I’m an emotional wreck and times when I’m in a calmed spirit. Showing me that she truly has our best interest in heart and definitely not in this only for money. She fights for what’s best and what’s right. And OMG, she’s a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Very impressive to witness. You do not want to be on the opposite side of her! And again, she does this for the love of the law and what’s right. Not the almighty dollar, from what I’ve observed on many occasions. Something I find admirable in today’s society. This is a law firm built on integrity and it shows. Recently I needed to call her in a panic trying to protect my youngest son. I didn’t know she was walking out the door for court, yet she still took my call and answered my question quickly then informed me she couldn’t talk to me anymore because she needed to drive to court. Of course in my panicked mind I felt blown off and a massive bother to her (in that blinded panicked moment of mine) but that couldn’t be furthest from the truth. She didn’t have to take the call at all. I’m saying this to say, thats the type of lawyer and person she is. Even if she has literally one minute, she will give that minute to you. I 100% recommend this mother and son legal team and firm for all of your legal needs!

Frederick took on my case with literally two days notice and supported me from start to finish. I’ve never been to court in all of my years of living and he guided me through the entire process. I felt heard, I felt I had a chance because he listened. I walk away more informed of my rights and most importantly a DISMISSED case! I can’t say thank you enough. This law firm was heaven sent. Upon speaking with Frederick for a consultation, he demanded our consultation to be held over the phone. He was very rude,inconsiderate and lacked confidence regarding custody& family law for fathers .I would not recommend this law firm.

Fred Schick represented me in 2016. I fired him. While explaining my case to him and while representing me you could tell he could care less and you were just another person with another problem. What a waste of my money and time. Find another firm.
