If I could give them zero starts I would but google doesn't let me. I want to preface this by saying how I got my taxes done March 2023 for the 2022 year and it wasn't until I went to another person that I am seeing a process in my refund. As mentioned I went here in 2023 and around June 2023 I was informed my taxes had to be mailed (no problem). Months went by with no refund and I called and they told me call back in 3 months. I called after three months, no solutions wait it out. Finally around February of 2024 I mentioned to my new tax person the issues I had here. I logged onto the IRS portal and my new tax person came to the conclusion my items were not mailed by this tax place. I called and spoke to Marisol and she told me I had to wait (Mind you I already waited a year). I then asked her to email me a copy of my taxes to resend to the IRS as my new tax person offered to do this for me. Marisol told me to send her an email and she would send me the digital copy (btw this was in February) it is now the end of March and I still have not received my digital copy. My new tax person sent a copy of my 2022 taxes in February and finally I am seeing movement. Unlike this place that did not help at all even though I called them they never gave me solutions.

Do NOT go with someone named Marisol to help you with anything. She lied on my taxes and was adding expenses I never stated and then started giving me attitude bc I went back to have her correct it. Mostly everyone here has horrible customer service

Pésimo servicio, solicite un servicio con ellos me cobraron el trámite tarde tres semanas llamando solo me daban largas y al final solicité mi reembolso de dinero y para colmo me hicieron esperar. No tienen seriedad, son muy mentirosos.
