Just a reminder!!

This was an absolute joke. In my opinion I would never use this firm if they worked for free!

I was told we should have a license in hand with in hand in approximately 90 after receiving $7500 retainer which should have covered the entire expense. And compared to other prices from other like attorneys that was on the high side but I still went with them.

I didn’t even get a call back for approximately 3 weeks. “Sorry, we’ve been busy”

They just seemed to make the process more difficult instead of navigating me to make the process simpler. We asked several times “We just want the simplest and quickest way to obtain a beer and wine license and reiterated this to them. They just seemed to make it more difficult than necessary. They didnt seem to understand my needs or desires at all. And since they barely spoke with me I guess that makes sense.

So after he referred us to another person that was to be an expert to do a part of the of the process he was apparently not able or willing to do for at an additional almost $1000 and they NEVER returned our call after initial call. We decided to move on and requested refund of retainer with itemized bill.

I expected some fees. He did send a few emails with very little content. I expected $500 maybe $1000.

NO it was $2500 1/3 of the total retainer and we have nothing. Then it took 2 weeks to get refund.

There other people that do this.

Michelle Stomp was great to talk with and had a great line of communication.

My communication with Micheal was lacking at best.

Life is short. I would not use this guy again if he did it for free!!!!
