I have been with State FARM all my life. Sarah is only the 2nd agent I've had. Going to her office is one of the most pleasurable experiences I have as a customer. Everyone is so helpful and easy to get along with it's amazing. Most of my contact is with Kim. She is always smiling upbeat and ready to help if it's just paying my bill or discussing new policies or things I don't understand about current polices. That's mostly the thing.
