Monica is absolutely wonderful to work with while navigating very daunting life changes. She is kind, reassuring, fair, and steadfast. More than anything, she is efficient, intelligent, and diligent. Before Monica, we struggled for many years with attorneys that wanted to make a lot of money and I gave up because they were dragging it out. Finally I heard about Monica who mediated and knew the law and it was about 1/10th of attorneys fees because she knew the law and clarified it for us. She was efficient and we only needed two sessions. We couldn't believe how affordable she was, she just charged for the hours we spent of her time. I am very grateful for her ability to ease the process and spare the children and my own sanity.

I found Monica in the phone book as my ex-wife and I were struggling with custody terms for our children. Monica was a bedrock of calm and professionalism and was able to make some of our more volatile meetings easier on both of us. I felt very protected and cared for by Monica and her staff. The process of divorce and custody can be extremely stressful and make a person begin to doubt their self worth. Monica on a few occasions helped me make sense of what I was going through emotionally which in turn allowed me to make better and more informed decisions about how best to approach the custody of my children.

Monica Vantoch is a gem. Her calm and compassionate energy helped me move through divorce and allowed me to remain calm during the chaotic and emotional spin-out . She sifted and sorted through the mess, advising me, protecting me, making sure I understood the legal path and my legal rights. My divorce was huge and nasty and an emotional struggle. Monica kept me focused on what I really needed, encouraged me to not give up, keep an eye on my finances, and how to be wary of my ex overpowering me.
