If I could give them a zero I would! The receptionist Kelly is rude and I don't understand why she hasn't been fired. She doesn't do her job and they have your paperwork sitting and when you call about it they say they forgot! It's unacceptable and unprofessional! I don't think the attorney cares because if he did he would change the issues with HIS office but he doesn't as long as he is getting paid.

Receptionist is RUDE. Attitude is TERRIBLE. I understand you have a job to do, but you never know who will be a potential client someday and you are the face of the business. You answer the phones and are the first face people see upon walking in. Learn tact and learn to not look down on people, because someday it could be you going through a hard time.

Hateful receptionist up front. Quick to call you a lyer while she's lying to your face. Went in to get some documents for my wife, but since I wasn't on the list of people authorized she wouldn't release them to me, this I understand. However when I asked if my wife could come in and get the documents she also refused that request. You are already judged guilty at the front desk before your side is ever heard.

Hired this office for an eviction and collections service. They did little to collect, and then quit when I complained. They might not care about a measly $17,000 judgment, but it’s a lot of money to me. 1/10. Wouldn’t hire again.
