Slolaf is properly named. As they laugh at all the attempts you'll make to receive services.
This organization is most likely fraudulent.. they have one attorney and they literally never call a single inquiry back.. I've made numerous attempts for services, they pay women to sit around and pretend like they offer a service. I wonder, What benefits they are providing and to whom?

Over paid lazy women who have zero desire to help a person..

The entire operation is top notch. I've been having complicated legal issues with an inheritance, and the ladies Ive spoken with, including the attorney, have been more helpful and supportive then any other organization out there. If you need legal assistance concerning anything having to do with tenant rights, these people are the ones to talk to.

Everyone there is amazing! My attorney definitely deserves praise for walking me through the ins and outs does and don't of the legal system and in my case how to avoid ever dealing with lousy landlords in the near future! Thank you for your no-cost fees when I needed it the most!

I needed help, as a recently relocated former resident of SLO county, getting my case family law transferred to Kern county where I now reside. This would have saved SLO county money, yet they refused to help me or offer any advice. Clearly only in it for whatever funding they get and not really the benefit of children, families, taxpayers, or those truly in need. Honestly, the lady I spoke with at the SLO court, on the phone, was nicer and more helpful.

I was confronted last year with getting a death certificate corrected. I had no idea how to begin. Other than instructions found on the internet there was protocol to follow, proper documents, signatures, application and waiting time with the Dept of Health in Sacramento. I felt overwhelmed until I contacted the Senior Legal Serv Project in San Luis Obispo. They took me through all the proper avenues, made phone contacts, wrote letters for me and emailed me consistently until my amended certificate was completed. I highly recommend this service to those who need legal assistance. The entire staff is great and a special thanks to Stephanie who handled my case personally.

I had called there number in regards to an issue with the parole dept ,they made me feel like i was the problem and offwred no legal advice whatsoever nor ask for any details . I will never call them again thanks for making me feel guilty of nothing ,you should of been the district attorney rather help defend
