Run by three incredibly skilled and empathetic women, this team created a safe space where both of us felt genuinely heard and supported from start to finish.

What stood out most was the mediator, Jen’s ability to remain neutral while still guiding the conversation with care and clarity. She helped us navigate some difficult conversations with patience and professionalism, always focused on helping us reach a peaceful resolution. Her balanced approach made sure both of our voices were valued, and their calm presence helped keep things constructive even during emotional moments.

Thanks to all guidance and assistance, we were able to come to agreements that felt fair and respectful for both sides—and we did it without the hostility that so often accompanies divorce proceedings. Jen was our mediator during an incredibly stressful time, even before the divorce. While we eventually hired attorneys and spent five years in court, I’m so grateful Jen was our mediator first. She was extremely skilled, efficient, and compassionate, mapping out the details of our separation and child custody in just a few sessions—agreements we still follow 10 years later.

Unfortunately, my ex did not adhere to the mediation agreements and became violent and manipulative, leading me to hire an attorney to enforce the terms. This resulted in five years of legal battles, but without Jen’s clear and thorough plan, the process would have been even longer and more expensive. It was already financially devastating, and I’m still recovering 10 years later.

Jen handled my ex’s narcissistic personality with expertise and firm boundaries. I would 100% work with her again and recommend her to everyone. As a marriage and family therapist, I had a rude awakening about the unethical nature of family law attorneys, who often prolong conflict to get paid. Mediation, on the other hand, fosters peace and healing. If you have children, mediation is crucial, as you’ll always need to communicate. Unless you can afford to keep a lawyer on retainer for 18 years, learning to co-exist peacefully in mediation is the best option.
