This organization is top notch. Using a green door for quick recognition is brilliant!The reception desk experience is professional and courteous. Mrs. Sims is one of the most helpful and encouraging women on the planet. My situation months ago was severe and tragic. She held my hand and introduced me to tools I can keep in my tool box so that I can move forward with grace and ease. WORK? Yes therapy is work and sometimes it feels like swimming through mud. However, Mrs. Sims vast knowledge and suggestions helped me guide myself toward healing. Perfect? Nope I'm still a work in progress. But, Mrs Sims and her establishment are helping better the community and world one client at a time.

I have been attending counseling sessions with Latonia for more than a year now; since beginning the work with her I have experienced much personal growth, including being able to manage some of the grief that has dominated my daily life and accepting some of the changes the current school year has brought-- along with others. Also, though not necessarily the original reason for seeking mental help, my adult child identifies as non-binary / gender fluid: Latonia has contributed largely to the fact that they are confident enough now to attend college after more than one gap year. I had not even realized that the gender fluidity was where the fear was rooted in their avoiding expanding their world. *I am more grateful than I can express here for Latonia's wisdom and firm encouragement in all the issues I have brought to her couch. She has helped me so much. Gives me courage to try new things. Learning how to deal with a parent, that is a veteran and has lost his only love. I would recommend her.

The person that worked in that hollowed I out adjoining 2 rooms of and old outdated hotel,acted like she had never heard of me! it was an unpleasant escapade to say the least! But when I told her I had been quoted the cost of $75.00 she had no problem collecting..... I reserve the right to edit my review for the remainder of my days.

first impressions we're pretty bad.. they gave us the wrong date for our appointment. we showed up and no one was there, but then when we called about it to get our appointment rescheduled they we're really really rude. I think that's very unprofessional and probably wont be going back personally.
