This “judge” does a disservice to domestic violence and child abuse victims! Her exact words were, “although it’s been years since he was found guilty of these charges, people change and he deserves a chance to try again”. IF this is the magistrate you’re going in front of do whatever you can to have your case reassigned. It’s pathetic knowing she’ll not only put women in dangers way by forcing said woman and mother to deal with their aggressors but she has no heart and will put children in the path of danger with a smirk on her face”. We’ve all heard of cops with too much power, we’ll Echo here is a single entitled white woman with too much power and zero care for you (as a listed victim) and your children (as listed victims). Please stay safe and do what’s needed to get this person out of her seat.

Judge Ryan is hands down the only judge whom i would ever wish for anyone.
As a father who shares 50/50 custody, and went into a court proceeding with no lawyer present. I have to weigh in on Judge Ryan's behalf.
She is honest, decisive, and clear. She was very unbiased in her judgement. If you ever get her as your judge know that Honorable E Ryan is truthful and honest, and that she is the little beacon of hope for this courthouse.

Echo ryan's courtroom is almost more like a dorm room. The staff gossiping and giggling with snacks overflowing from their desks. Ryan does not follow procedure, grants decisions that every attorney i spoke to said that nobody would grant. Always in favor of the mother. Even if there is genuine concern for childs safety. Shes unprofessional, bias, and doesnt follow procedure. If you are the father in a custody case, dont allow your case to be heard by this magistrate. You will regret it.

Ryan proved to be a neglectful “judge”, she didn’t follow proper procedure, ignored our attorney and made absolute bogus judgements about father off of absolutely nothing. She was abusive towards father, claiming he had no relationship with son without ever having met the child. She didn’t allow witnesses or cross examination. She didn’t allow a continuance, she didn’t allow therapy for the family, she didn’t allow anything. She grants the restricted petitioner request for attorney fees of $7,000 for an hour hearing. She is irresponsible, disrespectful and neglectful.

ECHO= truly lives up to her Greek Mythological name!!!! Thankfully I know my due process rights, as it was no surprise that she was RECUSED 10/26/2020 AFTER issuing an INVALID Decree & APR…. I’m hoping this “Karen” within Kolorado Kourts is debarred… Certainly my case will ECHO for years to come.

Very biased. She choose a side and goes with it forever. She did construction ligation. How she ended up as a magistrate concerns me. She has no clue to what she is doing.
