I've lived here for 8 years and have never been to this Inn. There are new owners and have recently renovated all the rooms. So I have nothing to compare it to the previous owners. But I can say this, now it's a really cute Inn. The room was clean and well furnished with rustic type cabin furniture. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. I did enjoy my visit.
All reservations are made online. There really isn't a physical front desk to check in, but the process the Inn uses is very easy to navigate. To me, it qualifies as a boutique hotel.
I do not know how kid friendly it is, but would assume that everyone is welcome.
I would suggest this Inn to my own family if they were needing a place for the night/nights.

Had king room on main floor. Great shower and towels. Had a comfy side chair plus high top table with 2 stools. Bed very comfortable. Only issue was getting in the room. Code wasn't working. I called the number I was given and waited an hour to get in. Different locking system would be helpful!
A couple places to eat within short walk.

We had an enjoyable night sleep. The rooms are all redone and are beautiful. Very cozy cabin feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We will come back and stay again. Great place to vacation..

Didn't have many choices on a Saturday afternoon. Took a chance on this place, and it was AMAZING! The place is spotless, newer amenities, fridge, microwave, and a pretty awesome shower at a decent price. If I ever need a place in Heber, this will be the spot. Loved it....and quiet.

We were very happy with our stay and wish to return soon. The room was clean and comfortable, with furniture that looked very new. We had everything we needed. There were good dining options within walking distance. The hotel's communication was also good; they let us know everything we needed to know beforehand. Two things future guests may want to consider (which did not bother us) are: (1) The Wi-Fi was not fast, so we used our cellular network instead. (2) We could hear the footsteps of the people staying upstairs

Hailey went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated and our needs were met for our stay. Also the renovations were very tastefully done— this place looks and feels absolutely brand new!

Nice place to stay, 3 Bears for a GREAT breakfast next door, and Alberto's Mexican food across the street. Also the food at the Wild Women saloon is AMAZING!.....
