Came here under recommendation after several work related incidents that left me physically, internally and mentally injured. All I can say about the system is that it’s messed up and doesn’t work. Sedgewick abuses and takes advantage of injured workers and doesn’t work to help those in need. Concentra is the same. Within coming to RP Law Group I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone here always has a smile and great conversation. Raj in particular made the whole process seamless and took care of everything for me. He gave me my sense of freedom back. He helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel that i thought was never ending. If you are seeking legal help from a workers comp case, Raj is the person to go to. Can’t stress enough how helpful every case manager here is. They were always by my side and answering any questions I have for clarity. Thank you again, Raj!

5 months ago I came to Rp law group because I was at my past job for 1 year experiencing harassment, sexual harassment by residents & my boss would make me extremely uncomfortable always commenting how attractive I am & would follow me and always call me into his office . Not including being extremely short staffed the stress, anxiety , & depression was ruining my life and I went to a dark place . I had incidents that occurred at work where I’ve fallen another time I resident fell on me I hurt my back lifting and my employer never sent me to a doctor I had enough and came to rp law and right away was sent to doctors and started treatment I was well taken care of and always treated with respect and care any questions I had were answered and my case went extremely quickly and smoothly Mr Raj knows exactly what he’s doing and is blunt and honest he got me a settlement that completely blew my mind a number I didn’t think was possible . Run!!!! Don’t walk don’t second guess ! Get to rp law group you won’t be disappointed.

I work as a security person. I work three people job. I have a Post which I cannot leave it unattended I had to close gate. The gate was defective. I got injured. I pulled my canon and I start getting nervous and I already have high blood pressure so I thought it’s a strokeand Insurence Co. used it against me because they think I got the stroke because I’m unhealthy person. My Attorney had an uphill battle which he had to clarify everything I went to Kaiser. And Insurence Co. used it against me because they think I got the stroke because I’m unhealthy person. Raj had to work very hard to get my case settled. I’m very happy with his hard work. It’s unfortunate that a health care facility doesn’t want to compensate for injuries caused. You would expect more compaction from a hospital. I worked there for almost 20 yrs and was treated so poorly at the end. I loved my job and miss it every day. It was my life but it didn’t matter to the county. I hope no one else ever goes through what I did. Hats off again to Raj and his team at RP Law group. They helped me through a very difficult time. I much appreciate them.
