Jennifer Varughese is without a doubt the attorney you NEED by your side during an immigration case!! From the moment I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, nearly 5 years ago, I felt immediate trust in her and she has fought for my case ever since.
Despite the complications that happened in my case Jennifer was always there to explain every step of the case and that is what you need in your immigration attorney as you face anguish regarding the fate of your life in this country. My review is based solely on my experience with Jennifer Varughese.
Let me start by saying that before hiring Jennifer Varughese, I’ve spoken to several different immigration lawyers; however, Jennifer was the only one who from the get-go was very genuine and helpful even though that was just the initial consultation. Even if you find someone charging less for their consultation, do yourself a favor and still go with Jennifer.
Once I hired her, Jennifer and Maria (her paralegal) were nothing short of amazing. Without going into details about my case, their professionalism and responsiveness always kept me at ease. Things can be confusing and emotional with immigration situations, yet Jennifer made it super clear and easy. Not only was the paperwork handled correctly and in a timely matter, but she also worked with me on potential interview scenarios. Anytime I saw her in person, she was more like longtime acquaintance rather than just a lawyer I hired. Super pleased with her services and highly recommend Jennifer Varughese to anyone in need of immigration help.

I was a victim of human trafficking, when I believed that justice was absent for me an aid organization contact me with the attorney Jennifer Varughese
At the beginning I was afraid because I thought she would also be like other lawyers that I had visited before, who only cared how I would pay them
I know that each case is different but in this particular Jennifer Varaghese looked for a charitable organizations so I do not have to worry about her fees.
During the whole process I had many questions and concerns some unimportant, however she always answered my messages with appreciation, respect and considering my worries , my husband and I are very grateful with her
The best reward about all her hard work was that the USCI grant us our Green Card
In a distressing situation there is nothing more refreshing that you are advised by someone competent Qualified and honest as is she
