I was referred to Mr Cruce through my Met Life Legal plan. I called to try to set up a consult. The admin who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude, she was completely dismissive. She asked what I needed a consult for, and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said "let me stop you right there, Mr Cruce doesn't do that."
I asked, "Do what, you haven't heard what I am looking for?" To which she replied, "Well he doesn't have time until October and you don't have time for that." - OH, I don't? Mind you, October is 2 weeks away, I certainly have time for that..

Mr Cruce must win a lot of cases, given he has a mind reader working for him.

In short, if you are looking for an attorney - don't bother with this one. He "doesn't do that" nor does he have time.

I met with Mr. Cruce today and was satisfied with his attention to detail with my situation. I did not feel pressed for time or rushed. Mr. Cruce was sincere and responsive to all of my questions. He was open and honest with providing advice within his area of expertise and advising me to seek other counsel with matters he was not familiar with as well. I will definitely be coming back for my future legal needs.

*** Please be aware his office is at 1409 Kingsley and not on Wells road. I submitted a request for an update to Google but hopefully this keeps someone from feeling lost like myself today.

Went to him with my husband to get help. It was "I know more than you" attitude and the misogynistic attitude that turned me away. He said we didn't qualify but we go to another attorney that actual did the work and numbers and showed that we DO qualify. The new attorney was so much more helpful! I didn't have to beg for a handshake or thank you from him. This attorney does not want to work. It's like he is working for the government and does not want to fill out the paperwork and file anything unless it is a no brainer of course and you are male!

Horrible outside office experience. Over a parking spot! I at the time with my two babies in the back seat was having car trouble infront of this office building and the attorney himself or so he claimed to be when he stated this is my parking spot and his name is on the building, there were 5plus empty parking spaces infront of the building my car broke down infront of two of the spaces I waved him around and he proceeded to blow his horn and yell at me even tho my flashers were on and everything. I then moved my car best I could and explained I was having car trouble and had 2 babies in the car with me he proceeded to yell and degrade me then the person working on the building approached my car window yelling at me as well!!! Both of these men were not only unprofessional for both working in that building but along with that were rude and attacked verbally, a woman with her 2 babies having car trouble!!! Please stay away from here.

This old guy needs to retire. He is a "I think I know all" type of person. You get free consultation alright, only to tell you his way is the only way. He is not there to help, if your issues don't need an attorney he will exaggerate to make your issue sound like it does. Be careful....😬 Evil greed comes in all forms.
