I highly recommend Calyn Crow and Rocky Mountain Solutions for mediation. Calyn provided both a professional perspective and a personal presence that guided our painful conflict to clarity. She brought out our common goals, united myself and the other party and she was able to work the sticking points with accuracy and focus, so we were able to come to an agreement. She demonstrates tremendous listening skills, astute understanding of the legal system (without seeking to sway either party) and always kept an eye on what would move us forward. I am tremendously grateful for her involvement with my issue and I would both hire her again and recommend her to my friends.

Calyn is without question one of the most professional and effective therapists in the field. I was referred to Calyn Crow by an attorney friend of mine to get a fair resolution and avoid attorney fees. The other party involved and myself were very pleased with the outcome and how Calyn managed our mediation. I was recently the party in a mediation in which Calyn attempted to mediate. This is not the first mediation that I have ever attended with the other party regarding our child’s time and I left after two hours feeling like it was both a waste of my time and my money. Not only do I feel that she was biased from the moment she heard my side of the situation, but she also spent the duration of the “mediation” pushing for the perspective of the other party and not working to find a way for us to compromise and stay out of the court room. She sat us in a room and watched us argue with each other and in my opinion, the few times that she spoke was to give unsound legal advice. It was my experience that there was absolutely no mediating that occurred in that room. The time spent with Calyn not only lacked success but created more animosity and disagreement between the father of my child and I. We have had success finding a compromise and staying out of the courtroom in the past, possibly because they were legal professionals that had experience in the court room as well as a background in law. If you are seeking mediation, I would strongly recommend seeking services with anyone other than Rocky Mountain Solutions, PLLC.
