I called before I went to see if they had what I was interested in and the gentleman was very helpful. When I did go into the actual location, the same gentleman was working the counter and was so patient with me. I have never purchased a handgun before and he was happy to explain anything I needed and offer me different options. Thank you so much for your great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

We worked out a price and a deal on a Liberty safe. I drove down from the mountains in a blizzard today. Pay for it and pick it up. The model they told me they had was not available and they said they could get it and I'd have to pay the difference to install a new lock. I was furious. I talked to the owner and he decided he would rather lose my range business. My accessories business, my gun business and my safe business because his idiot employee made a mistake for $50. I will never darken the door again.

If you are a woman, be prepared to be ignored or talked down to. I have gone in here several times alone. I was NEVER ever asked if I would like to look at something or if I needed any help. It wasn't like they were busy any of those times either. I had to ask to see if they had something in stock and was told no. So I rarely go in there.
However, now that I go there with my fiancé, they are more than willing to ask him if he would like to see something or if he needs help. I don't know if it is just some sexist men that work there or they believe that a woman got mixed up and ended up at the wrong place, but I have only purchased one gun there since my fiancé was able to get someone to help me. They are really helpful to men, just not to women.

Never have I gone into a gun store to buy some thing that I know I needed and been talked out of buying it by a store employee. You know I may not be the most knowledgeable. But you didn’t have to make me feel stupid standing at your friggin counter. I had my own reasons for going the route I was going and I didn’t need your bullshit today. Thanks buddy.
