Presented an idea. Took money. Got provisional patent. Merger took place. Informed by new personnel that idea already exists. Non-provisional patent will never happen.

Also, communication is terrible. Emails typically get responded to weeks later. Maybe they'll turn it around with this merger. However, communication was pretty quick after this review, but still no apology or offer of a refund.

Edit: seems like a flood of raving reviews have magically appeared to wash this one down the list. Odd.
