Tristan was extremely kind, professional, and personable. He really knows what he’s doing. We appreciated his thorough explanation of the process and his patience when answering all of our questions. He went above and beyond by taking care of extra debris in our yard and placing our security stick back across the sliding glass door before he left. Stephanie came to test our car after it was stolen. She was fast, informative, courteous, and she made sure to lock the car afterwards. They were informed that I'm a nightshift worker at the hospital, so they waited until later in the day so I could sleep. After the rough couple of weeks we've had, it was so nice to talk to people who are so fast, kind, and professional!

Unfortunately, my experience with Rocky Mountain BioHazard was not positive, mostly geared towards management of the business. Upon completion of the work, I reviewed the invoice and matched against one of their competitors who came in around 30% cheaper. I would expect not all service companies to be equal but when "Market Rates" are referenced on an invoice and don't seem to match other "Market Rates", that's a red flag for me. After trying to have a conversation multiple times with no return call or reply from the owner, they instead threatened to put a lien on the home.

I would recommend getting multiple quotes for this type of work. Rocky Moutain BioHazard, sad to say, seems to take advantage of folks in great times of need.

One star is too generous. These people came to my home after it was tear gassed. They extracted someone that was there to buy furnature but he decided to park illegally in front of our house. Unfortunately he was wanted by Fort Collins police. So they went in forcefully. Did a horrendous job and threw out most of my belongings before signing any contract. Over a month to turn in estimate. Then proceeded with removing all my windows, kitchen cabinets, complete bathrooms carpets and half my walls on the lower floor. My home is 3000 square feet. This happened on 10/29/2022. After receiving a $36,000 check, and notice of foreclosure they still never completed my house. Tear gas still very present. My $640,000 house is now condemned. Was able to pull house out of foreclosure but no more work performed. Today 7/19/2023 my house has no improvement and I still pay my mortgage. Researching this company you will see several addresses in several cities, several tax questions. Randle in particular and his company still to this day has not called nor will not return my calls. This company says my house is livable and that their portion is complete. Don't trust this company they. My home of 10 years is destroyed and all my possessions are gone. Only after selling most of my tools and vehicles I am no longer homeless. Thanks Randle your company sucks.
