I seen the reviews and now feel better because this company called me today on 3 different phone numbers. Something about I took at a loan in 2010 and stop paying on it in 2016 and they have it now and I owe over $3000. And I needed to make a payment today or I would have a warrant for theft by deception. I was like what ? Than she said her manager said if I callus pay $1500 on a credit card they would make all this go away. Then I told her I have never borrowed anything more than $500 she came back and said her boss says I need to pay $500 today and all would go away or they will proceed with charges. And as I’m waiting on hold. She hang up on me. Have yet to see them call back

Called said they will take me to court if I didn't pay 600 for some old account then I did research on it found out it wasn't on my credit and they refuse to send proper proof. Scammed me out of 100, Warning ppl not to give these fruads Any money. Report them to federal government. It's a Scam don't believe them.

I've read reviews to find out more about scam calls regarding old debts. What's interesting is my caller I.D. shows who's calling as if the caller's name is in my contacts. I owe bo debts, so I answer no calls nor texts. Do not respond to these people.

Complete scam company!! They tried to tell me I owed for a Wells Fargo card that I never had. I called Wells Fargo and there is no record of me ever having a card, or them ever retaining this legal group. They were also very rude, and hung up on me multiple times. They then tried to say I owed another company $900, and when I disputed that, they went back to the original “fake” Wells Fargo amount. Total scam!!! Do not give them any info and disregard their threats and calls!!!!!!

This is a company that purchases old debts and tries to collect that debt by calling from different numbers or texting from different numbers and leaving voicemails about serving you legal documents. Document servers do not call you ahead of time and in most states, there is a statute of limitations on how long a debt can be collected. Go to ftc.gov to get more information about your state of residency's statutes of limitations on debt collection.

Harassing me for a collection I had when I was 24 years old, HSBC credit card from Best Buy. I’m 39 it’s not even on my credit in over a decade. They’re calling me saying this just went on default in 2019 a total lie. They are scammers, crazy, and make court threats daily.

Run as far away as possible!! One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Incompetent client service, “lawyers”’ that outright lie to you and are horrible negotiators. It cost me MORE to use them than if I had just paid the creditors myself.
