Stop harassing people who are taxpayers who pay for this building. On holidays or events who are just trying to park because there's no parking in Old Town. To whoever the lady is who told my wife today she couldn't park there and was rude get a life Karen! 3-17-25 St Patrick's Day parade. You should be ashamed of yourself

Staff very very rude I have called over 30 times left messages for a call back over a period of about 40 days in reference to my sons case. No one has ever reached back out when I finally went in to speak with them they asked “who am I leaving the messages with” as if there is an option or a specific person to talk to. IM LEAVING THE MESSAGES ON THE VOICEMAIL OF YOUR OFFICE NUMBER HOW WOULD I KNOW WHERE THEY GO! Very unhelpful basically told me to figure it out they’ll see what they can do. Need customer service training here ASAP! Of course im frustrated when I have been ignored for over a month so when I come in don’t act as if im getting on your nerves because im asking questions THIS IS YOUR JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE IT QUIT! Find a new one! No stars would recommend a new staff, customer service training or something of the sort! especially the receptionist the attorney was a little better
