As a bank, I've used them for several years and haven't had any inherent issues. I've obtained loans easily and had fraudulent charges resolved quickly. I've also had no problem calling with any requests or using their online chat service. However, I've had horrible experiences with the customer service at this particular location. I'm polite with simple questions and I either get treated as if I have a learning disability or I'm a customer at Dick's Last Resort. Not every employee I've talked to here is horrible, and some have been very kind and friendly. I had a particular experience with the front reception that prompted me to express that some employees here are just plain rude and it's not a one-off thing.

Extremely Disappointing Loan Servicing

I'm incredibly frustrated with the loan servicing at Robins Financial Credit Union. For the past six months, they have consistently failed to correctly apply my car loan payments. Every month, the payment is misapplied, requiring me to contact customer service and spend time resolving the issue.

While the customer service representatives are polite, the recurring nature of this problem indicates a systemic issue that hasn't been addressed. It's concerning that despite repeated occurrences, no effort has been made to escalate the issue or find a permanent solution.

As a financial institution, accurate and reliable loan servicing should be a fundamental expectation. I urge Robins Financial Credit Union to take immediate action to resolve this ongoing problem and improve its loan management processes.

Too much going on with online banking. I’ve had my accounts go in the negatives for absolutely no reason, fraud prevention calls me too many times a week for transactions that I’M making. & Please don’t let someone need help on the weekend, you have to wait until they open SMH

This credit union has been a nightmare to work with. I simply wanted to refinance my vehicle. I have impeccable credit and own 2 successful businesses showing more than enough income. They literally asked me for a mountain of paperwork which I gave it all to them.
They have underwriters that are not experienced enough to correctly understand and read the multiple business returns and personal returns and they don’t understand how to read nor wanted to read an operating agreement a legal document.
Do not waste your time with these people.

I’ve been banking with Robins for almost six years. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with them if you deposit a big check they will hold it for three days. They don’t care. When you call and ask anything the answer is always I don’t know you’ll have to go to a specific branch to get the answer. After wasting three hours of driving ( due to moving) I got to the bank and was told I would have zero access to ANY OF THE FUNDS for atleast one day. 52+ checks deposited into this bank for almost six years and the lazy idc attitude is what pisses me off. People are humans and in this time, need access to their funds immediately. I was told to drive back up to that bank (three more hrs) to ask the supervisor personally to release funds. What a joke. I’ll wait. And when they drop I’ll pull everything out and find a bank closer since it’s such a problem for them to help their customers. God forbid I had an emergency. That’s not their problem. I have time today to tell the truth. Robins is garbage.
