If "for sale by owner" - beware!
The closing did eventually get done, and they were responsive each time I called.
I had to call them almost every day for two weeks leading up to the closing because they were not following through. I found out the day before our closing that they had not even contacted the seller to set up closing.
I received the homestead credit form with errors and I had to pen-and-ink change it. When I called during my remote closing to find out what to do, they were out-to-lunch.
