What an awesome experience! However, meeting with an attorney is not always pleasurable because we know it is a legal situation. Reid & Goodwin has set the standard for me. On day one, I spoke with an intake representative. This gentleman was very kind and polite. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but kudos to him. This young man transferred me to Jamie.

Jamie was professional and empathetic. She was swift in all things concerning my case. We communicated through text messaging. If I called her, I received an immediate response. If I have a question or concern and she does not have the answer, she will set me up with an appointment to speak to my attorney.
