The notary was initially asked to provide a service, which seemed fine at first. They didn't charge for travel, only for the three signatures. However, they failed to show up for the scheduled appointment and began to ignore emails. To make matters worse, they started charging for printing services and became increasingly irritated and rude.
Maybe next time be bit courtesy to a Public Health employee
