If not for the escrow agent, Kristen, we would have walked with the deposit. FOUR TIMES, the real estate agent let the contract expire with no communication. Even when we reached out a day or two before, the agent still delayed in contacting us till the next day, asking to extend. At least half the time over the two months this deal took, the agent never even responded or followed up with messages or the few conversations we were able to pin her down for. My wife has been an agent for nine years and we have never had any deal, even in the ballpark of how poorly this agent handled this purchase. But the offer was decent enough to give it the real chance and luckily for the buyer, Kristen kept in such good contact about the financing side of things, she save the deal. If not for her, we would have walked away with the deposit the first time the real estate agent let the agreement lapse without even contacting us.

Went through Real Advantage for a refinance in late 2019. They messed up the wire transfer to pay off the first loan and the previous mortgage was not paid off. We were made aware of this when the company that originally had our mortgage threatened foreclosure due to non payment. The people at Real Advantage were difficult to get ahold of but when they finally realized their mistake they apologized, paid off the original loan, and promised to pay for credit recovery for my husband's now seriously damaged credit rating. It has been over 3 months and they have not paid for credit recovery or reached out in any way to follow up with us on said recovery. I emailed the customer service manager and he said he would look into this matter and get back to me "in a few days", that was 2.5 weeks ago and I have not heard anything back. I wish we had used a different title company. This incident has caused us months of stress and very damaged credit.

These guys really have their act together. From start to finish they made a typically drawn out experience much more pleasant than expected. The team is friendly, easy to communicate with, and gets you through all the paperwork with minimum hassle. I recommend them if you are buying or selling a home.
