I did not hire this company, I found them to have the highest price in the valley. Also, if you write negative reviews they will threaten you. The following is a quote from Russell Weekes correspondence with me "Be advised that since you have refused to remove the review, you have waived your attorney-client privilege and we can now publish information regarding your consultation in order to defend ourselves and take other appropriate action against you."

It is never easy to go through bankruptcy. You are always at your wits end. Capstone was very easy to work with and help us to get the best outcome we could hope for. They do not return emails and my lawyer quit half way through my case to work at the bankruptcy courts. Always felt like she was never on our side. The new lawyer assigned to us has never contacted us and now the paralegal is not returning our emails.
