A BIG ZERO if it was an option. Worst experience ever! They take your money but they DO NOT respond back to phone calls, submit legal documents to the court on time, and most documents that are prepared have multiple errors. In the middle of an Estate issue I had to hire a different attorney to handle the process properly. Jeremiah and staff lack of responses and communication to opposing attorney cost me substantially!

Involved in a very contentious legal Guardianship case. Child with significant special needs. Parents unwilling to admit the disabilities and denied the child needed treatment. They attempted to have Guardianship revoked. Mr. Jeremiah Raxter did six things extraordinarily well: kept us on an even keel when we were reeling, gave rock solid legal advice that kept us on firm footing, did the research necessary for us to feel confident in front of the judge, was on top of it strategy-wise, helped us understand rationale for every step, and negotiated a deal that should make it possible for parents to become involved in child's life in a positive and productive way which will provide us an opportunity looking forward to spend our retirement years with occasional childless weekends. We couldn't be happier!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Paid them a consultation fee, filled out the necessary paper work, then heard nothing. I had to follow up with them and was told it was complete and needed to schedule an appointment to come in and review the documents. Our first appointment was cancelled with short notice after we had made work and childcare arrangements because “their printer wasn’t working”, then we rescheduled for the following week. Showed up on time, was told they’d be right with us, and we waited another 30 min., with no communication from them or acknowledgement we were still waiting, my husband and I looked at each other and left. That’s not the type of firm we want handling our legal matters and they clearly do not value others time.

This law office is handling the estate of a dear friend who passed. Since January 31st (my first call) I have called 8 times as of the writing of this review. Left a few messages and talked to staff a few times. Explained the urgency of the matter. I have yet to receive the documents or even a phone call back. What a nightmare this has been. Can't imagine anyone hiring this firm for anything at all when they have not even demonstrated that they are capable of returning a simple phone call.

This is now the second time that I have used Raxter Law. They are my go- to for anything having to do with civil litigation, business contracts, bankruptcy, and probate. Jeremiah is pleasant to work with and is very prompt in answering all questions, and responds very fast to emails! I like that! I have used him 2 times now, and this time for a termination of cohabitation agreement. Their office is very nice and inviting, the customer service is top notch, and Jeremiah has a very knowledgeable understanding of all the rules, regulation and laws that govern our state in order to procure the proper documents and litigate in a fashion that is favorable to the client. He also does wills and trusts, which will be the next area I use his services for. This Law Firm dropped the ball. Jerimah passes his work off to others. I'm sure he made a deal with the devil on my case. He removes himself from our case it was crucial that he was there. He takes your money and doesn't do anything you ask. He doesn't file proper paper work with the courts. Only he did was had is hand out for money!! He got bought off or they had something on him. Don't trust him!!
