they wouldn’t answer the phone for 30 days every day we called and left message after message called the supervisor of our case worker they never answered the phone either never got called back at all so we went up to the office and asked what was going on they said we had been denied because we missed the appointment we never got we reapplied and got a phone appointment a week later for 2 pm we waited and waited finally after 3 pm we called the office they transferred us to the case worker she never apologized or gave any reason for her not calling or answering our calls we got approved in less that 10 mins on the phone after all that time without any income or way to buy food this office is the worst i’ve ever delt with my entire life they are irresponsible negligent and don’t do their job without a care for the people needing these very important benefits if i could give less than one star i would this was horrible and they are terrible employees
