Our family was approached by an oil company wanting to create a new oil well site on a neighbors property. They wanted to reroute our farm irrigation pipeline immediately and on a tight budget and in a manner that we felt could damage our water pressure. We are surface owners only, and will not benefit from the oil well site.
We hired Justin Rammell to present our interests and he was able to negotiate a situation where the water system was updated with only 2 days of downtime. The new engineered pipeline will have good water pressure. A pipeline right of way was created to ensure our water pipeline for the future. Justin's fees were covered by the oil company. I highly recommend Justin if you need an oil and gas attorney.
