If Benjamin Wright is representing the other party in your case becareful. He bullies people into signing orders that aren't what was discussed! It's been almost 2 years since I've seen my son that he helped take away! He completely lied in his emails to me and allows his client to be in contempt with no repercussions. I filed a complaint with the bar on him. He's sneaky and lies, lies, lies.

If I could give negative stars I would, If you want an attorney that works out of a briefcase and fumbling through papers trying to find what he is looking for the day of court, not ready for your case? this is your guy. Absolute scam this guy. Doesn’t know the law. Had to hire an attorney out of Atlanta to clean his mess up. He let opposition file a document 24hrs before court, there was no way to be prepared and the law states you have 30 days to get prepared. That document should have been thrown out if he would have known the law, or cared. I guess him and the opposing counsel are friends and of course he is going to be the new judge in his district.
