In the past few years this place has really gone down the drain. For some reason they stop selling breakfast before 8 AM and have their hot bar full of lunch food way before it’s time for lunch. The customer service is abysmal if it wasn’t one of the only two options and just happen to be the slightly better of the two I would not go there. The staff are constantly ignoring the customer for whatever they deem more interesting in that moment and behave like children. At least half my interactions with them I have to repeat myself because they simply weren’t paying attention. That is after having to wait for them to finish personal conversations with individuals in the store or phone calls that don’t seem to be work related In the slightest.
