If I could give Mike Fleenor less than one star I would. He refuses to enforce Tommy's law and is allowing an animal abuser to go free. He hides behind the ladies in his office and offers no comment or explanation. His own Animal Control officers recommended charges and he just blew them off along with all of the rest of us.
