I truly believe that if an individual presents themselves as professionals and advertise their business as such they should be:
1. Communicative.
2. Responsive.
3. Honest.
Priebe made a lease for my partner because he had to evict a tenant and Priebe could not stand behind his lease. I saw him call to follow up multiple times and the receptionist kept telling him that he will get back to him. After a week of following up daily and no response he decided to go with a different attorney just to find out his lease was outdated, which he had made 4 months before the eviction. It’s been 2 months since the eviction was successfully done and 5 months since he reached out to him. Until this day he has not reached out.

I used Priebe Law for an earnest money dispute I had with a potential buyer who backed out of the contract in violation of the contract. Overall it was a very smooth experience, and we were able to come to an agreement with the potential buyer, and I was given all of the earnest money, per the contract. Priebe made a lease for us, we had to evict our tenant and the attorney could not stand behind his lease. There are professional services in Colorado Springs, this is not one.
We have purchased a new lease and created a new relationship with the RE attorney that represented us and the lease this office created.

Great firm!!!
I had an issue with my condominium unit and the other unit was owned by LLC ( usually a scary combination ) . I had a fear that the issue would never be resolved. Mr Priebe's not only helped me to win the case, ( no court involved ) but also got me compensation to my losses . His fees are very reasonable and he is very clear on where the money was allocated. I will definitely recommend this firm to family and friends.
I felt very comfortable with his firm ( not just like a number or an irrelevant client ), I felt respected and important as well; besides he is easy to reach.
