4169 Hooker St, Denver, CO 80211, Went to this sale, maybe 35 people in line, before the sale started, at 10am. Lady pops out at 10am, said "the house is big and lots of room"...then stated that only 25 people will be let in to start. Wasn't mentioned in the sale description. Never had this happen before. Certainly not fair for people who stood in line just as long.

I’ve been new to the Estate sales circuit over the past year and have always had a great experience when attending a Prestige sale. Tyler, in particular has always been extremely helpful , answering any questions I may have about items. Always nice to run into him. I definitely look out for Prestige sales.

Drove all the way from Fort Collins to check out an estate sale I had heard about happening in Denver. Everything was actually able to be looked through easily, prices were clearly visible everywhere, the drop spot to hold items while looking was a arm saver, the guys were super knowledgeable and helpful anytime someone asked a question. You could tell by walking around the house that it was in an overwhelming state, and I cant imagine all the work Tyler and crew had to do to get it ready for people to come in. They also get bonus points from me for having excellent taste in music. I don’t like feeling overwhelmed when I go to these things, but this one was organized and fun. All in all, I’d make the trip to go to another one of these again. 👍🏼

I’ve been going to prestige estate sale’s for years, I’ve always had an excellent experience with all of the employees, to the point where me and my friend will say “oh, great! It’s the guy with the long hair, (Tyler) who’s always positive, works with us, and brings on some great music to listen to) or “oh it’s our ladies!” who you know you can catch a sick deal from on the last days. Usually people who have positive experiences don’t feel the need to leave reviews, and the bad might seem to outweigh the good, so I’m just here to let y’all know how great your staff has always, consistently been to us, and how you all individually make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

As a creative designer I really enjoy working with estate sales and recently I attended with a close friend. I was in town for a show and need some furniture to stage a music video shoot with. Tyler was absolutely a tremendous help , and supported me with information and kindness. He really knew his stuff! Thanks for a great experience!

As a novice to the estate sale world, I was really pleased the sale I recently attended. The attendants were eager to help out. I had a fair amount of questions, and Tyler was eager to assist. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I always appreciate when someone goes out of their way to be helpful.

As a professional re-seller I appreciate the value Prestige Estate Services brings to my side of the estate sale business. Their sales are always beautifully setup and organized. All of their employees are friendly, helpful and greet you by name with a smile.

I see a lot of estate sales over a year and can honestly say their pricing is fair to both sides. Yes, all of us buyers want things to be cheaper, but Prestige does a great job of balancing their prices to make sure their responsibility to their clients is achieved while still providing good value to their buyers. It is not an easy job and Prestige is well respected in the buyer community for being able to do it.

Also their innovative idea of posting the sale address at 4am the day of a sale is the best. It is good for the neighbors of the sale and relieves the burden on buyers.

If I had to make one suggestion though, it would be let's start sales at 9am in the summer.

When I look at the estate sales listings, I don't look at titles, first pictures or location; I start by looking for Prestige sales and then moving on to the others. Whether you are a buyer or someone in need of estate sales services, my opinion is that Prestige has you covered.

This used to be one of my favorite estate sale companies before the price gouging however the guy in the front with the long hair should not be by the cashier. No smile, acts like you’re bothering him? Like literally go find something else to do if you hate people? Totally intimidating energy , not friendly & makes you feel nervous to even ask him questions! Do you want my money or not? Lazy and rude behavior. Went back the second day and experienced his same pissy attitude which made me even question if I should go back the second day but luckily I went for the ITEMS..I’ve spent loads of money with them but all in all disappointed today. Won’t be back! Bring back the ladies who STARTED this company… from the past few reviews it’s evident their going downhill
