Very professional from start to finish. Taylor Nelson spent a lot of time with us reviewing our living trust. He asked a lot of questions to determine our needs and make sure our trust will do what we need it to. Most of these things we had never thought of before. He gave us great advice and a solid plan for the future and what changes we should make down the road as our son gets older. I can’t recommend Prescott Law Group enough!

i dont understand why he has had such a difficult time moving forward with his case against his former trustee. Misleading verbal promises, emails, still with no results. you do however mention the fact that all the firms probono hours were being spent on this case. still with no results. what difference does that make? shouldnt any abuse or neglect be investigated? Mr Nelson, i have read the emails, i have witnessed udder disregard of your clients concerns questions left unanswered. Isnt it your job, your duty to represent your client? not just rack up billable hours? what have you done for him? how long will he have to wait? now you advise him to sign away his rights? shame on you sir.
